Paisal to evaluate the performance of Andika Fithrian, Director of the BUMD, who he felt was not working effectively. He also observed firsthand the revenue projections managed by the BUMD, noting that coordination has not yet demonstrated a tangible contribution to Regional Original Revenue (PAD) from the businesses under his management."The Dumai City Government cannot wait any longer and must act decisively," Muhammad Rian told Halodumai.com.As an economic and development observer, Muhammad Rian believes the Dumai Mayor has not been thorough in assessing the current Director of the BUMD, PT. Pembangunan Dumai, and appears to be indifferent to the BUMD's performance.Muhammad Rian's sharp criticism suggests that if the position is not having a positive impact on regional revenue (PAD), the BUMD Director, Andika Fithrian, should be removed and a new replacement found."Why keep him if he can't perform?
